India Innovation Portal

Innovation is increasingly being seen as the currency of 21st century. The future prosperity of India in the new knowledge economy will increasingly depend on its ability to generate new ideas, processes and solutions, and through the process of innovation convert knowledge into social good and economic wealth.

The India Innovation Portal(IIP) is envisaged to network people, ideas and experiences and resources to galvanise the innovation community in India. The portal offers each user the power to personalize the portal and also to connect with the other users through the Innovation Communities. The IIP is one of the key initiatives of the National Innovation Council.

The India Innovation Portal has classified various innovation resources under Knowledge, News, Events, Media and Directories. It gives you the flexibility to navigate the portal either through sectors, users or needs and provides you with further filtering mechanism in each of these sections.
